I'm having issues with the resolution of video's that have been recorded off the computer directly into Articulate 2. Is there anyway to ensure that you have a clear picture?
Hi Graham! When you'd like us to take a look at your project, we typically like to see the actual project file that you are working on, which will be a .story file type. So, wherever you are working and saving your project to - attach that file via the 'Add Attachment' button in the bottom left of the reply window as Wendy indicated. If you are not able to share publicly, you may share here privately with our support team.

Hi Graham
are you adjusting the video properties when you publish? Click the Optimised link to view the publish quality dialogue box.
Thanks Wendy, I have changed those settings but still not clear on the computer screen?
Hi Graham!
Do you have a .story file you'd like us to take a look at?

Hi Leslie
Can you view this link and inform me how I can improve the resolution of the video taken from within Storyline 2

Hi Graham
that link is to an internal server you'll need to come into the forum and use the grey Add Attachment button to upload the .story file
I have been teaching myself on articulate so do I just attach the same file to up load?

Hi Jessica,
I responded to your other query in this discussion. Let me know there if any of those details help.
