I have inserted two links under the resources tab and they play in test mode, but once I publish they won't play. The show up in the course under Resources but you cannot click on the links or anything to make them visible to the learner. Does anyone have any advice to share? We have just purchased Storyline so still trying to get the hang of it. Thanks

Are you testing the published content in the intended environment? As you'll see described in that article, if you're testing it locally you may encounter security restrictions.
If that doesn't work can you share your .story file here or send it to us privately, our Support team can take a look as well.

I had the same issue, and the instructions in your link worked perfectly.
Links from the Resource tab just acted as if I never clicked them, when I tested my story locally.
I uploaded my story to Tempshare according to the instructions, and the resource links work just fine now.
