Resources and Glossary in top bar is disappearing

Hope everyone is having a great day!
I am facing this peculiar issue when I upload my storyline package to the LMS. The Glossary and Resources seems to be glitching when it is placed on the top bar; it works fine when it is a part of the side bar.
There are no issues when I view the SCORM package, it is only after uploading on the LMS. This is the first time I have noticed this. I republished the course and reuploaded it, but the same issue persists.
Infact it turns out that all courses where I have used the Modern Player is facing this issue on the LMS, Classic player courses are working fine.
Has anyone faced this issue? Is this a bug?

Thank you for contacting us and sharing what you are running into with your project.
I can see from the video that the items remain in the top bar, but you are just not able to click them to see the dropdown. Is that correct?
I've opened up a support case on your behalf and requested your .story file so that one of our support engineers can take a closer look.
Thanks Leslie. I have uploaded my course to the link. Again, I want to highlight that the issue shows up once the course is uploaded to LMS.
