I have published a storyline project and it plays wonderfully on my iPad, however, the RESOURCES link in the upper right corner is missing. (It IS there on my PC.)
It seems then that the resources are not available to iPad users of the Articulate app. So Storyline is not multiplatform as you would have to create two courses: one for PC and one for iPad. I amusing the trial software and I am glad i discovered this lack now.

Using web objects instead (with links to your resources) is one workaround for now: http://community.articulate.com/forums/p/18576/104292.aspx
