We have documents linked on our Resources tab but I was wondering - if we were to update the documents, do we need to go into the Storyline presentation and re-link the documents or will the updates automatically show in the presentation?
I've experienced this before. And if you updated the document linked to your Resources tab, then you need to update the file in your Resources tab and republish the course.
I find it easier if you update these documents in the published output though. The documents that you attached in your Resourced tab are stored in the following directory in your published output folder: "story_content\external_files" folder.
As Sid mentioned the file will become a part of your Storyline project, so if you make any updates, you'd need to update the file within Storyline as well and republish, or use his unsupported method of editing the published output.
