Resources tab doesn't open properly in published version and 'notes' pane font is too small.

Feb 25, 2017

In the published version of my recent project when I click on the resource tab it reveals only one letter of an entire column of resources I've included.

Also, the 'notes' pane displays a font that is too small.

When I preview the project both issues are working fine.  I haven't yet published it to the website but I have a 'drop dead' deadline of Monday the 27th that I'm working toward and I need to resolve these issues - fast.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure where the link came in our series of correspondence but you
have already captured my project, published it and send me a screen shot of
the notes pane. So I'm stumped about what the link is.

However I am still wanting to have the notes pane in my published version
have the same sized font. Did you get my e-mail in which I showed you how
my published version compared in size to my preview version and your screen
shot?

Hi Mary

that link may have been to your published version but I'm getting the error above when I click on it. I haven't received an email from you but if you attach anything via email it won't display in the post...you'll need to come in and use the 'add attachment' button at the bottom of the post.

just a thought - do you have your Windows DPI set to the recommended 96dpi or 100% if using Windows 10

The only problem with the example is it happens to be a slide that has no
'notes' pane. My issue at the moment is that the 'notes' pane displays text
that is too small. The font size needs to be larger. Could you do the
second slide as an example please?

As for the other piece. I wasn't sure what to send you so I send the
Story.html5.html piece of the published version.

My fallback has always been Google - plain old Google. But when I started
having issues with this course I went to Google Chrome. I get the same
result re: the font size on the notes page but...your images look normal.
I've asked our webmaster to post the project into the environment where it
is going to live and I'll see what happens there.

Thanks for everybody's efforts. I'll let you know what happens.

All is well!! I had the webmaster post the course and everything is as it
should be. I don't understand why it looks different on my browser. I know
he uses Firefox. Maybe that browser is more vigorous than the others
although I understand there are more users for Google Chrome worldwide than
there are for any other browser.

Again, Thanks
