I have created an eLearning within storyline and there are different scenes within the structure. I have been to the player tab and unclicked "menu" and "transcript" and clicked "resources" so that appears. I have also uploaded all my resources. For some reason - the menu and transcripts (and not the resources) are showing for two of the three scenes and then it is correctly showing in the third scene. I don't know what i am doing wrong - could someone please help? Thank you
Check the Custom Features in the Slide Properties.
That area allows you to turn built-in Player features on or off for each slide.
The Slide Properties should always stay at the defaults set in the Player unless you adjust them in Slide Properties. However, if you imported slides with custom settings, that may have impacted your course.
