we are using articulate 360 for quite a while and we struggle with this issue since we work with it. This error accures randomly and not in every project we publish (but we do have always the same settings in: landscape only and scale to fit browser size).
Sometimes the user must not rotate the device (no information screen) but more frustrating is that some users can't continue the project after rotating the device because the displayed screen wont show a next button and they are unable to scroll down.
I don't know if this problem is already known . And we are happy for any idea to fix this.

Does this happen consistently on one device or browser? Also, can you check that you're using the latest update of Storyline 360, build 3.27.18822.0?
