Responsive player shows browser tabs and URL bar

I published to HTML5 only. Player set to resize browser to fill screen, scale Player to resize to browser window. Player has no skin style. Users are launching the demo by typing in the URL to the story.html on their mobile screen browser. When demo launches you can see the browser tabs and location field. How do I make the demo go full screen (no browser location bar at least)?
The description of the new SL responsive browser (below) suggests browser chrome is eliminated. What am I not understanding?

Hi Ray,
Could you tell me a bit more about the device and versions you're using? Also, if it's Storyline 3 or Storyline 360 you're publishing with?
If you're also able to share your URL I can use that to compare against my own as I test.
