How do I make a rule that people won't be able to click the 'Next' button option until they have stayed on the slide for a minimum of xxx seconds? Say 10 secs as an example?
I prefer changing it to Disabled so that it is still visible but grayed out and nothing happens when they click on it until I want it to happen. Otherwise you will get people who click on the Previous button by mistake and think there is something wrong with the course.

Change the state of Next to hidden when the timeline starts. change the state of Next to Normal when the timeline reaches 10 seconds.
