I am having a lot of problems on my slides that require the user to go through each tab before the 'Next' button becomes active.
A lot of times the user will go through all of the tabs and the Next button will appear, but many times it won't.
Even on the same published output when you go through the tabs the Next button won't activate, but if you restart the whole course all over again it magically will.

Also, what version of Storyline are you using, and where is the published content hosted?
