If they are using the Next button for navigation, add a trigger to change its state to Disabled at the start of the slide timeline. Then another trigger to change it to Normal at xx seconds (or the end of the timeline). Use Disabled, not Hidden, as the Next button remains visible but grayed out and changes when it becomes active. If you hide it, people will keep clicking on the Previous button by mistake.
