It sounds like on a revisit to your course, the learner is resetting their overall score and progress, and this solely happens when they resume on the results slide? I'd want to have our Support Team take a look at your file and do some testing as well. With your permission, I'll open a case for you (or you can open one here) so that you can share the file directly with our team to investigate. They'll delete it once they're done troubleshooting.
