Result Slide Properties Passing Score Grayed out

I'm having problems setting the passing score properties of a results slide because the option is grayed out and won't allow me to change it.
In my story I have created two results slides. The first has been modified as a certificate and the learner can print this when they click on a button.
The second allows the learner to view the results page when they click on a button.
I'm able to modify the pass results to 90% on the first results slide (the certificate) but this option is grayed (set at 80%) when I open the properties of the second results slide.
This means that the learners certificate has the pass mark as 90% whilst the results page shows 80%.
How can I change the pass mark on the second results slide so that both pass marks on the results slides match?

Hi, Kay -- Many thanks again for your patience while I reviewed your file! With respects to the information here on Adding Results Slides, you're right -- I don't see a way for you to be able to adjust the passing score percentage as you should be able. To that end, I'd like to have our Support Engineers weigh in with their thoughts. I will go ahead and set you up in a case, and you will be hearing from a member of the Support staff shortly thereafter. :)

Our support engineer, Miker, replied as follows:
"Thanks for contacting Articulate Support!
I reviewed your story and noticed that you're tracking the question bank twice. You currently can't track question banks across multiple result slide. Since you are already tracking the question bank on the first result slide, the second result slide will need to track the results of the first result slide. See this screenshot.
