Results in LMS

Hi
I am currently experiencing an issue with packages I have added to my LMS. The packages are just read along types (no assessments) which save results as complete/incomplete. When users go back to the package to re-read things the LMS is changing their status from Complete to Incomplete unless they make it all the way through to the end again. I have spoken to the LMS provider who say the issue lies in the package not the LMS. Is there a setting which will ensure future access to the course will not send incomplete SCORM messages to the LMS?

Have you tried the package in another LMS. For exampel ScormCloud
Just out of curriosity i also wish to know the name of your lms-provider.

Hi Danny,
It's unusual as most LMSs will place a course in "review" mode once the user has reached the completion point - allowing them to access the course again without changing their completion status. I'd agree with Jacob's idea to test it in SCORM Cloud as it's an industry standard for testing SCORM content.
