I have created my storyline, but the results slide does not show a result at all? Even when I attempt to deliberately pass or fail the test, it shows up as 0% score? What am I doing wrong?

Hi, Nadilah -- Thank you for providing your file, and I was able to see the behavior you are experiencing. Have you given using "graded questions" a shot? I believe that should do the trick, but please let me know if you still need additional assistance.
Are you implementing the retry quiz option from the Results Slide?
Result slides give learners dynamic feedback at the end of quizzes and surveys. They also send reporting and tracking information to learning management systems, including learners' responses and scores.
Hi Nadilah! I do not understand what you want the expected result to be. With all of the branching. I think that is why you are experiencing difficulty. The latest file has the Retry button going to slide 1.7 and that slide points back to the Results slide directly, which is why you are stuck in a loop.

Ah ! Could it be that I used survey questions instead of graded questions?

Great its worked! thank you!
One other thing I am having a problem is that the retry quiz does not let the user try the test again?
the retry button will only go back to the question which the person did wrong?

What I wanted to do, is allow the user to retry the test if they fail?
Thank you Leslie, I did find the link useful, but I do not know where im going wrong with the retry button.
Would you be able to share your .story for us to take a look at?
If you cannot share it here, please share here privately.

Hi Nadilah!
You have a trigger on your Retry Quiz button that states Jump to Slide 1.8. This is causing the behavior that you are reporting.
Hi Leslie,
I have removed the trigger, but this still doesn't allow the end user to retake the quiz?
see below
