Results slide and 'Review Quiz' not working properly

Hi,

I am having some trouble with the results slide function of Storyline.  To set the context:

Someone else makes the original file and slides, they send them to me, I add/adjust/edit and finalise the file before it is published.

I create a results slide and include the relevant Quiz slides (all the slides in that scene - it is an exam scene).  I preview the scene, making sure I put the right answer in ever quiz question (making sure I have the accurate information as correct).  I click - Review Quiz on the results slide and go through question by question.  

Issue:

Any slides/quizzes created by the other person are marked as incorrect even though the answer is actually correct.  

I have taken a few screen shots and put notes on the pictures - see the attached file.

At the moment I am having to remake every single slide (very time consuming). Perhaps it is just a setting somewhere I can change?
