Results Slide confusion

Hello WONDERFUL ELH!!
So I am almost done with a course, however when I click on the Print Assessment button I created on the Results page and then close the Print Results page that is generated the voice over I recorded for failure slide and the v/o for success plays. This is quite odd, the failure voice over is not on the success/pass timeline. I do not have any triggers to make this happen so I am completely confused. I will provide screenshots but I cannot upload the course as it has sensitive information. I appreciate your assistance!

So sorry you're running into that snag. We've got an issue in Storyline 360 that's causing the audio from the wrong layer to play when another layer is open.
Fortunately you can work around this by adding a “Play media trigger when timeline starts” to all the audio files in the slide layers.
Let me know if that does the trick!
I have Issue
the curriculum progress was staying at 0% even though users had completed courses within the curriculum. What we found is the course completions weren't being recorded by the courses.
