Results Slide Not Working Correctly (But does when restarting?)

So, as a way of having two sets of questions in one module, I link from one set's results (which must be completed to continue) to a final "acknowledgment statement".   This is basically just a true or false question, but it's the one that is actually tracked. 

So you choose from one set of questions, with a result slide for that one, which then transfers you to a final question bank with one question.  The way you answer this one is the tracked one, and moves you to the results slide.  But the thing is, WHEN YOU GET TO THIS SLIDE, IT ALWAYS SAYS YOU WERE WRONG- even when you answered correctly.

Even weirder, when you do fail (erroneously), and retake the whole thing (as is required upon failure) and go through it all again, it works fine.
