I have an exam where on the results slide I pull in the results from 5 sections. The issue I have is that it shows the User Score as Infinity% at the top.
I'm not sure what's causing this. Any direction would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
Sorry for the trouble, Philip. We're seeing a problem in Storyline 360 where multiple results slides in one file can cause incorrect scoring. Like you shared in your screenshot, the score is displayed as Infinity%.
Are your quiz slides set to "submit all at once"? We've found you can work around this issue by adding the Submit button on each question slide.
Thanks for letting us know how this is affecting you, and we'll keep you posted on our progress!
You can enable the Submit button on each slide, but set the Feedback to None in Form View. This will ensure the learner does not see any Correct or Incorrect feedback after clicking the Submit button.

Hi Alyssa,
Yes, they are set to submit all at once.
Does adding a submit button on each slide require it to provide feedback per question?
Great question, Philip!

Thanks for the screenshot, Alyssa!
