I am using storyline 2 and have a problem with results slides. There is always a what you could describe as a stutter between the last question and the results slide. This means that any audio or animation at the start (2 or 3 seconds) of the results slide is not played to the user.
Great point Leslie! That's our recommendation to identify where the issue lies. For anyone else following along, testing in SCORM Cloud allows you to identify if an issue lies in your course or in your LMS. Since the issue could not be replicated in SCORM Cloud, then they are looking towards the LMS.

Why not start that audio/animation at 2or3 seconds?
I already do, but I still get the stutter.
Can you share your story file (of course you can replace or remove the important content you don't want to share)
I ran it in scormcloud and no problems. it must be a moodle issue rather than Storyline.
