If a user is in the middle of a course (a course that has been uploaded to our LMS) and exits out, what settings need to be in place so that the user can resume from where they last left off?
A previous article stated that, under the Player settings, you could select "Prompt to Resume" for "On Restart". The second step is to either leave checked or uncheck the box next to "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie".
Regardless of whether that box is checked our not, the course begins from the very beginning with no prompt for the user. How can we fix that?
The resume prompt should be all you need - unless your LMS is handling resume on it's own and forcing the user to restart? You may want to look at testing your course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content. If you test there and have enabled the resume prompt and it works - you'll want to connect with your LMS team.
