I've tried publishing to SCORM 2004, enabling resume on restart both with prompt and automatically, and cannot get the final project to prompt the user at all to return to the last viewed slide, or to jump to that slide upon reloading the module. Any suggestions? I'm stumped.
Are you running the latest update for your version?
Have you tried uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if the same happens there? That'll give a good idea of whether this is file related or something happening within your LMS.
