Resume Options

I have created a quiz and uploaded it on the LMS. I have set the resume options to Always Resume. When the learner does the quiz for the first time and stop before completion (Say they stop at No. 4) When they try for the second time they get taken to No 4 which is fine. However when they proceed and go beyond let's to No 8 and exit, they get taken to No 4 again. This is happening whether I use Prompt to Resume or Always Resume
I want to give the learner the opportunity to do the quiz in whatever number of sessions they can manage. I have attached the quiz unpublished.

I have published to Scorm 2004 3rd Edition and the problem is still the same

I didn't spot anything else that could be impacting the resume, so I wanted to test publishing it with the latest update to Storyline 360 (build 3.24.17733.0) and uploaded it to SCORM Cloud. You are probably much faster at answering the question than I am, so want to view it here?
Let me know if you see the same Resume issue there, and if not, feel free to share that test with your LMS team to dig in further.

I have just did the Quiz on the link you supplied and the issue is still
the same. Did 3 questions and exited, came back was taken to question 4 and
did 3 more questions and exited. When I wnet again I was taken to question
4 instead of question 7
