Hello, my understanding is that Flash cookies are used to control the behavior of the Resume prompt. That's great if only one user has access to the machine and always uses that machine. But that's not the case with our customer - multiple users have access to the machine and will be taking training. Is there a way to ignore Flash cookies (this will not be launched in the LMS so the setting 'ignore Flash cookies' in the LMS is not available.
Have you considered using the "Never Resume' option in the player settings?
This setting causes your course to always open at the beginning of the course, regardless of whether the learner already completed part of the course previously. Users won't see a prompt.
