The resume prompt should work as normal in HTML5 - is it not showing up for you at all or can you not click on the button? If you could offer a bit more about what you're experiencing that'll help us diagnose it further. If you'd like to share your .story file here with us we're happy to take a look as well. And if you'd prefer to share it privately you can also send it along here.
I already opened a case (Case #00369684) BUt the response I got was about the Articulate Player.
Basically I have an html5 application that works correctly on the PC, it prompts to resume everytime that I restart. But in the iPad it doesnt do that in Safari.
Thanks for sharing the case number. I see that you're working with Cleo who was able to test it within Safari and the resume prompt worked successfully for him there. I'll continue to follow along as Cleo continues to test your files.
I see that you're able to now have the resume prompt work within the iPad, but that you're experiencing some additional difficulty with your MP4 files, so I'll continue to follow along.
I looked into your case again today, and see that Cleo shared the problem with the videos may be associated with the MIME types, and he shared the following:
If you've included videos in your Articulate content and find that they do not play in your published output, please review the following article: http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap9&id=u5lzv71un2p4 Please make sure that the correct MIME is implemented on your LMS server. You may need to contact your LMS provider regarding this.
Thanks Bill, Claudio was able to get the resume prompt to work, but still had some issues with the videos which is likely connected to the mime type issue.

I actually tested the application in Chrome on the iPad and the prompt works correctly in there, but it doesn't in Safari

Just from a 3rd party perspective, I'm able to get the resume response and view the videos. The videos take a few seconds to load, but are working.
