Hi all,
I am building an interaction that is a software simulation. The user is directed to click on certain items on the screen. I have the Next button hidden and will only appear when the user performs the interaction correctly. However, when the user goes to the previous slide, the interaction is showing what they selected (this is what I wanted) but the Next button is still hidden. Help!

As you likely have a trigger to hide the next button on timeline start , and a trigger to unlock when states are achieved, you either need to set conditions on the hide trigger to ensure it only hides at specific times or use a variable to lock unlock it.
I do have a trigger to hide on start of timeline. What would be your suggestion of how to set a condition to hide at specific times. I looked at my condition options and did not see one that fit. Thank you.

You could add a condition that the objects that need interacting with are not selected or visited (not sure what state you are using to unlock).
It is best to use not equal to rather than normal as that often misbehaves
Glad you are getting the assistance needed here Lynne. I just wanted to pop in to welcome you to E-Learning Heroes and let you know that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature. You are welcome to edit if needed.

Thank you. I corrected the posts.
Perfect. We are not concerned, but want to be sure the users are aware :)
