I set up my course for when revisiting: resume saved state. After I published my course and uploaded to our LMS. I noticed it does not start where I left off. Does anyone how I can fix that issue?
It's a very short course that in essence has a intro slide, slide with directions, slide with a video and a closing slide.
I am experiencing an issue with the resume saved state for the slide with the video on it. We want the slide to resume at the point within the video where the person exited - hence the resume saved state. However when you resume it is restarting the video rather than going to the point on the video timeline where they exited the course.
Any ideas on what i might be doing wrong or what else I can try?

Hi Nancy
the resume feature 'where you left off' is in the player settings.
See this tutorial for more info
Hi Wendy,
i did select that option, but after i upload to our LMS that option does not work.
Hi Nancy
if you are publishing to Scorm 1.2 you may be hitting the suspend data limit - see information here.
You can test your course in Scormcloud (industry standard LMS) to see if you get the same behaviour.
Do you know the diff between Scorm 1.2 and Scrom 2004? I wasn't sure and just selected the first choice.
That would be a question for your LMS administrator to see which version/s your LMS supports. I googled an article about the differences here
Hello,
Tested the course in the Scormcloud.. Still the same issue.
Hi Nancy
so are you publishing to Scorm 1.2 or 2004
Hi Wendy,
I have tried both.

Hey Nancy,
Looks like you're working hard on this issue as I just replied to a similar post here. I'd love to be able to take a look and help you out.
