Resume Saved State is not working on seekbar.

Hello!
We are building eLearning courses which include animation slides and question slides. The question slides should not be accessible after the first attempt, so we have changed the slide's revisiting state to "Resume Saved State".
The problem is, when we revisit the slide the seek bar is still active and can be dragged to the beginning, which enables the animation sequence to appear in reverse.
In order to avoid this, we created another empty layer, with the property that when on this layer, the user cannot access the objects on the base layer. This layer is enabled when the user moves to the next slide. However, even this doesn't help.
Any suggestion to fix this.

Hi Sijo!
As an alternative method I tried removing seekbar from the assessment slides and kept it on animation screens. But when i tried navigating between slides it's is enabling the seekbar even-though i had opted not too.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Hi Karthik, we tried this but the result was same. I think this happens as a result of including slides without seekbar with the slides with seekbar in the same scene or on different scenes.
Thanks for your reply.
Hello Karthik and Sijo!
To prevent the Seekbar from automatically appearing on slides when you revisit, you'll want to un-check the Seekbar option in the Player Properties window.
Then, for all animation slides that do need a Seekbar, you'll want to check the Seekbar option in Slide Properties.
Thanks Alyssa! The functionality is working fine.
Hi Alyssa,
This is really helpful. Thanks for your help.
You're welcome Karthik and Sijo! Glad you're all sorted.
