My lesson has several storylines, which learners must complete in a specific order. The lesson should allow learners to stop the lesson and resume where they left off. However, I have a report from a learner who says that the resume sends her to the section prior to where she stopped working. I can't see anything in the later section which would cause this issue. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for the suggestions and the FAST response! We are using the Moodle LMS and publishing the lesson to Scorm. I forwarded your suggestions and the link to our Moodle guy. Hopefully one of these will resolve the issue. Thanks!
The latest version of Moodle allow you to ignore the limit, if you do not have the latest version it may be time to upgrade or to hack the code to increase the limit.

Hi Annette
is the learner viewing through an LMS? If so you might need to look at the LMS settings.
Normally a symptom that the resume data limit has been hit, if you haven't already publish to Scorm 2004 v3 or 4
Hi Annette,
I also wanted to share information here on the data limits that Phil mentioned and ways to work around that.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, our version of Moodle doesn't support these scorm versions.
