Ok, maybe I missed something in the posts. Here is my issue. I pause the time line using a cue point. I want the learner to look at 5 layers. Once they have listened to each I want the time line to resume. I have tried triggers and can't get it to start back up. Help!
Hard to say what's happening without seeing the setup. Can you share the story file or even just the slide you're having trouble with and someone may be able to help you troubleshoot what's happening (or not happening).
