Resume where left-of

Hi there,

I have published a course developed in Storyline360 .  I have published it for our client on our website.  I publish the content via Learnpress.

One learner excited the eLearning course before finishing it. When he went back he had to start all over again.

I am sure previously the course ''resume where you left off''.  However, I am now uncertain where I should look for the problem.  Is it related to my Storyline, or could it be a Learnpress issue?
