I am experiencing this problem in Build 3.45.23393.0. I have a drag & drop exercise I revisit after completing a few other slides, and when I do the dropped items have returned to their original place. Resume saved state in ON.
I can see that this was a bug in the software a couple of years ago. Is it perhaps back again or am I doing something wrong?

Support identified the problem as being a "jump to cue" trigger on the base layer that prevented the resume saved sate to work. Thank you for your help!
