Resuming Assessment results in incorrect Score

I have encountered an issue when I use question banks in Storyline 2. The problem occurs when the learner answers some of the questions, then quits the lesson and later comes back and resumes where they left off. It seems that the questions answered during the first attempt are appended to the final attempt, but are given a status of “Undefined” and set to wrong, even if they were answered correctly during the first attempt. This affects the final score for the lesson. This is happening with Articulate Storyline 2 update 7 when the lesson SCORM package is served from the Saba Cloud 34.0.0.26 Learning Management System.
Does anybody know of a fix for this problem?
Thanks.

Hi, Mark -- Thanks so much for reaching out and so sorry to hear of your troubles! May I ask if you are finding the same behavior when you test your published output on the SCORM Cloud? You may also find this article on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud to be helpful as well. Please let us know what you find!

Hi, Mark -- Thanks for your reply, and in that case, perhaps you might consider reaching out to your LMS provider directly to see if they are able to provide any additional technical insights. And you may also want to try installing Update 9 to see if you find improvement, as well.
