I just started using Storyline 3 and I love it, except one thing that I'm not able to figure it out. How can I retain the value of custom variables between sessions and to send that value to LMS, other than using questions and results page? I want the value of the variable to be shown in the suspend_data field.
I am already able to do this with another authoring tool. The variable value is shown in the suspend data field and it's user readable. I was wondering if I could do it with Articulate as well.
And could you please show me some example about sending values to Google Sheet?
Hi there, Kamelija. Phil's right - Storyline compresses suspend data to save on space in the LMS environment. Hoping you get some good community help with the Google Sheets idea!

Suspend data is not intended to be user readable. Using questions and a results page is one way to store the values, or to send to Google Sheet
