My team and I have noticed recently that once published for an LMS, the Storyline files are not retaining the fonts used and have reverted back to the default font. This is a very serious issue for us as our clients are not able to view it properly, can anyone please advise on how to fix this?
The fonts we are using are Francois One, Bebas and Arial Black ~ I will send a Storyline file shortly. We have published it for Scorm1.2 and it has been uploaded to Moodle.
I've got the same issue with the Articulate font. In the LMS it is replaced by something like Times New Roman or Arial. This can change the layout of a page and decrease its appeal. Has it got to do with the browsers you're using?

Hi Kate,
Which fonts are you using before publishing?
Are you able to post some of/all of the .story file here so that someone can take a look?
Thanks
Bruce

Hi Klaas!
What font are you utilizing and is this installed on all of your users machines? Perhaps utilizing a universal font will assist.
Hi Colleagues,
I realize this is an old thread. Was it ever resolved?
Hi Jeff,
The font should be embedded on your slide when published and displayed to the learner as expected.
If this is not what you are seeing, would you be able to share a .story file for us to take a look?
