I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong when setting up a quiz. On the results, slide, on the Failure layer, I selected the "Retry" button. It added Layer triggers to "Reset Results" and then to "Jump to" the first quiz question. However, when I test it using Tempshare, it takes me back to the beginning of the quiz, but I am unable to click on any of the answers. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? (FYI, I am using Storyline 3).
When you add in the Retry button on the base layer or the failure layer, it should create the triggers for you automatically. You shouldn't need to add them in yourself, so I'd start by checking that first in case something went wrong with the manually added triggers.
It's also a good idea to check that you're on the latest update of Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0. You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".
