Retaking a quiz

Hi Michelle,

This tutorial provides a lot of information on the Results slide, including how to insert a Retry button: (text and image from linked page)

To specify additional options, such as reviewing, printing, and retry features, select the Options tab on the left side of the window, and mark the check boxes for any or all of the following:

If you ONLY want the Retry option for Learners who fail the quiz, you can cut it from the Base Layer of the Results Slide and paste it onto the Failure layer.

Now wondering if you can help me with this.....

After reviewing my course on our web site last night I noticed that some of the slides were not in sequence. One jumped WAY down on the menu then back up again. I thought ,"Oh this will be an easy fix ." When I went back into Storyline to change the order it was already in sequence.

Also, the slide numbers in the course (on the storyline flowchart on the left of my screen) were not the same on the menu or when published on the web site.

Give this a try:

1. Click the Player button (on the Home tab)
2. When the Player Properties windows opens, click the Menu button (yellow in the screenshot)
3. Click the Reset from story button (see callout in screenshot)

Let us know if that works.
