Retry not registering new passing score in a specific scenario

Hello

I have a CBT that is in staging on an LMS site. The retest score appears to not be passing to the LMS in one scenario.

If the user passes first time, LMS picks it up

If the user fails, presses the retry button, passes, LMS picks it up.

If the user fails, exits the CBT, reenters and takes from the beginning and passes, LMS picks it up.

If the user fails, exits the CBT, reenters and selects to pick up where they left off then passes, the LMS does not pick it up.

Any ideas? Is it their LMS programming or something I am not doing?

First, you can check out this article about the resume not working to see if it helps, and this one about scores not updating as well.

Have you tested this only in the LMS? If so, you could try testing it in Tempshare: This is a free service provided by Articulate for testing Storyline content. (Uploaded files will be deleted after 10 days) or the SCORM cloud which is free and the industry standard for testing content. This will let you know if this issue is specific to your LMS.
