Hi, I am having an issue with Articulate Storyline 3 where the retry button on my multiple choice quizzes are not resetting the users' score. When users retake the quiz (in the case that they fail the first try), sometimes they can't subsequently get 100% on the quiz even if they get all the answers right.
I have checked to make sure that all of the graded question slides are set to "Reset to initial state" and that the retry button has the trigger "Reset results" of the results slide. What do I do?

Is the scoring issue something you are seeing within your LMS or within the course itself?
If within your LMS, are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud?
If you are able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud and/or this is an issue you are seeing within the project in the software, would you be able to share the .story file for us to take a look?
