Retry quiz in Storyline 2

I am trying to create a quiz, that if they do not pass, they can retake the exam. When they retake the exam, I do not want to have them see the previous responses. I set the slide properties to "reset to Initial State" and when they click retry it takes them to the first quiz question, with no selection marked, as I want it to. However, it will not let them select an answer. Help! I have been trying to figure this out for way to long.

This should be a built in function of the "Allow user to retake quiz" option on the "Results slide"

Could you share your .story file so I can see whats going on?

Hi Stan!

Looks like Terry is assisting you here.

You can choose the items you want to display and the features you want to enable on your result slide.

Allow user to retry quiz: This adds a Retry Quiz button to your result slide, which gives learners an unlimited number of attempts to retake the quiz. (To limit the number of quiz attempts, see this tutorial.

Here is the quiz. I am trying to get it to work in this project before
I convert 20 courses form Presenter to Storyline 2. I do have the
results slide marked to "allow user to retake Quiz"

I think I fixed it Stan.

So with this Storyline, if you move the retry/email buttons on the layers of the results slide, they break. So I moved them onto the main layer of the results slide and created triggers on each layer to reveal the proper button.
