Retry Quiz not showing results page

Hi,
I have built a course (in Storyline 360) with a quiz at the end. It pulls 3 questions at random from a question bank of 6 questions. The learner needs to get 100% to pass, so I have included a retry button on the fail page. If I get the answers right first time, the course successfully shows the "you passed" results page. However, if I fail the first time round, when I retake the test and get everything right, the course just hangs - it can't seem to move to the results page. Has anyone seen this before? What have I done wrong?!

Sorry you ran into this problem, Nicola. We've seen similar behavior in Storyline 360 when retrying question slides in a question bank. This seems to happen after the second quiz attempt.
You can temporarily work around this problem by rolling back to Update 22. Here's how.
As soon as we get this resolved, we'll let you know, then you can resume using the latest update again. Thanks for reaching out!

One of the fixes addresses an issue where a course could freeze or lock up when retrying a quiz from a question bank.
