Hello, When I set a quiz (freeform, drag and drop, multiple choice, etc.) to "reset to initial state" so that when they are directed back to the slides after failing a set of questions, the slides don't work. Any ideas what the issue may be?
I have set the base layer on the quiz, and the correct, incorrect, and try again all set to reset to initial state.
I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues using the "Reset to initial state" Settings. Setting the "Reset to Initial State" options on the base and correct/incorrect layers should do the trick. Did you set the initial state on each of the slides that you're looking to reset?
If you can attach your .story file here we'd be happy to take a look at the settings and see if anything stands out.

You have to set the base layer to reset to initial state and also add the trigger to the try again button as shown in the snapshot. Please find the attached file. I am sure it will help you!
Looks like you are getting some great assistance here, but I wanted to pop in and share that allowing the user to retake the quiz via the results slide setting is available as well.

Priyanka, I see you have the correct and incorrect layers set to automatically decided.
Leslie, When I try the retake quiz, even though they get 100% the review results shows them all as incorrect.
Nick, yes both base layers and correct/incorrect/try again are set to initial state.
