First off the course is published in Storyline 360. I realize there have been many drag and drop issues for html5 output that were fixed in recent updates, however, this issue doesn't seem to match any of the fixes.
Some users experience all drag items appearing on top of one another in Chrome (html5 output), even when "Reveal drag items one at a time is checked." I have no states on the drag-able text boxes and the answers are not shuffled.
The real kicker is this issue is frequent enough that we hear from our client support staff, but through all my testing, I have never been able to reproduce this issue myself. (The screenshot is one sent to us from our client support.)
Has anyone had a similar experience with drag and drops like this one?
