Hi all! I am about to go through a rigorous review process with mutliple teams offering feedback from my latest Storyline 2 project. I have exported the slides into a Word doc, but that option does not allow for actual editing of slide content within the Word doc. Is there an option in Storyline 2 that folks use for multiple folks reviewing and offering feedback through tracked changes? Any suggestions would be super helpful! Thank you! Molly
Storyline doesn't have any "track changes" type of set up - and if you wanted folks to be able to edit the file they'd need to have access to Storyline 2. If you'll be share files back and forth you'll want to ensure you're working as described here.
I see the response above but wondering is this still the case- is there a facility to redline/review CBTs using Articulate software? If not in the current software (Storyline 2) that we use perhaps in another edition/version? thanks aoife
Hello Aoife - I'll leave the suggestions for Storyline 2 for the community, but you may want to take a peek at Articulate Review which is a part of Articulate 360 as this may fit your needs and you can even download a 30 day trial.

Publishing to a CD will give you a version that can be distributed to each of them with the interactions intact.
