Review Questions in Quizes

I am building a course and have some questions about reviewing quizzes within the course. When I am reviewing a quiz after taking it, I am able to click through the various questions and see a green "correct" banner at the bottom for each question. However, the answer choice is not selected. Is there a way to add that so that the learner can see which answer choice they chose?

Also, during the review quiz option, I was clicking through the questions, and on one of the slides, the text-to-speech clicked on. This didn't happen for the other questions.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix these issues?
