I have been making an assessment quiz for our clients, which features a review section at the end, which displays a list of correct and incorrect answers.
The first time you complete the test, it displays everything correctly, however, upon retaking the quiz, the last question is always displayed as incorrect - even when given as correct.
Any chance the quiz question slide properties are set to Reset to initial state when revisiting? This will cause questions that are answered correctly to get marked as incorrect during review.
To adjust a slide's properties, simply click the ⚙️ icon near the bottom-right of the window:
