I have a test which is at the end of the course and I use review quiz button at result slide. However, the review function only works in Flash or Flash/HTML5 output format. It won't perform well in HTML5 or HTML5/Flash format.
I made a simple file for testing and it's still the same. Please help to solve this problem.

I published your file for LMS with SCORM 1.2. Then I hosted it on SCORM Cloud, which is a tool we use for LMS testing since it's industry standard.
In my testing, I found that the Review Quiz button worked correctly. Could you please test it using this link and let me know if it works correctly for you?
When you test published content on your local computer, you may encounter security and browser restrictions that will cause features of your content to fail. Instead, uploading it to SCORM Cloud or any other LMS will make sure that you can view the content as expected!

I just submitted a case about this issue. Guess I should have checked the Forum first. In my testing:
The Review Quiz button works fine when using FLASH to play a course published for the web or an LMS, and it works when using HTML5 to play a course published for the web.
It doesn't work when using HTML5 to play a course published for an LMS.
VERY FRUSTRATING that this happens just because I'm testing locally. My main client won't allow me to put their content in the SCORM Cloud, so this means I can't completely test the course before I send it to the LMS folks for staging...

It's good to know it works in the SCORM Cloud. I'd prefer to be able to test all functionality myself before I send a course to the LMS folks, but I guess I'll just have to trust that the Review Quiz button will work once it's in the LMS.
