I'm having problems with the Review Quiz. During the quiz, the learner selects the correct spot, and the "correct" layer shows up, letting them know they were correct. Then when they "Review Quiz" the answers are shown and each time the "hotspot" question is given, it shows the hover areas, but shows "incorrect" banner on the bottom. This is confusing to the learner. They selected the correct answer, and were told they were correct. But now they're confused, because it's showing up as incorrect.

Are you utilizing a custom submit button by chance? I have seen that reported before.
If so, check out this thread where a workaround was shared.
