I have created a course where there are 4 quiz sections that report to one result slide. Three of the sections randomize the number of questions a user answers for those sections. When published and the user clicks on Review Quiz, all answers are marked incorrect, even if they were correct. The items grade correctly. Can you not use Review Quiz when questions are randomized in Storyline? Thank you for any assistance.
And 2 years on, this thread just saved the day for me too! Changing quiz slide properties to 'Resume saved state', although it sounds counter-intuitive, definitely fixed the issue for me. Thanks!
I have a multiple response question slide and I'm trying to keep the right responses when the user tries and has some right response and some wrong responses, here i want to keep only the right answers and reset the wrong answers ( I want to help him a little her).
Hi Marianne! You can control whether the correct answers appear as "selected" again with variables.
Create a true/false variable for each correct answers, and adjust the variable to true when the use clicks the correct answer.
You'll need a trigger to change the state of each correct answer to "selected" when the timeline starts IF the variable is true.
On the Try Again layer, add a trigger to jump to the same slide, and have the slide reset to the initial state. All incorrect answers will not be selected, and the correct answers that were chosen will show as selected.
I have the same issue on one of my questions, it pops up incorrect when the answer is correct. I have over 10 other question slides and they all work apart from this one. I changed the state to resume saved state as mentioned in this chat and it hasn't worked. The state was initially set to automatically decide. Thanks
Thanks for checking into the slide properties first - but if you're still having trouble with that one question, we'll likely need to take a look at it.

In the meantime, it sounds like you applied the When revisiting: slide property to Resume saved state suggestion to your course. This is a great option when using the Review feature so that the review will show what learners answered correctly and incorrectly!
To give you the most up-to-date guidance on your questions, could you share more detail on what you're seeing happen?
I'm having a similar issue to others in this thread. I have a quiz that I want learners to be able to retry and also review their responses. When I implemented the fix suggested above (resume saved state), the quiz review instead of saying all responses were incorrect (which is what it did originally), now just zips really quickly (on it's own) through all the quiz questions. You don't have time to see them or read them, and then it takes you back to the results page. Thoughts on that?
That is an odd instance that is happening! I have come across this before, and there could be a few reasons why that is happening in your project.

Can you help me what to do here ?
Hi Marianne! You can control whether the correct answers appear as "selected" again with variables.
Check out my sample here, and feel free to download the attached file to see how it's built!

We'll delete it when done troubleshooting.

Thank you Sharrilyn for the suggestion it really helped me a lot.
Also, may I ask does it happen in all the quiz ? and may I know the reason why it happens like that.
